Q: Do you have other fabric other than what is listed?
A: Yes, we have other fabric options available. Please call or email us for more info.

Q: What do you donate to Save-A-Pet?
A: 20% of our Pet Gear and Dog Tag sales go directly to Save-A-Pet.

Q. What is your shipping policy?
A. We use the best method of shipping our products and at times the methods may be slower than normal. We ask for the customer’s patience. We do provide a tracking number and we ask that the customer's address be accurate as it is given in either email or PayPal.

Q. Why is a particular component not in stock?
A. If an item is not in stock, it is due to either fabric constraints or it is one of our seasonal items.

Q. Are your products sold with any contents?
A. No. Pouches like our medical bags are not stocked with any of the supplies which may be shown in the pictures.

Q. Do you sell children's sizes?
A. Yes, upon request.

Q. Do you sell any weapons?
A. No, we are not an FFL dealer nor do we sell ammo.

Q. How do I return an item? What if I receive the wrong item(s)?
A. All sales are final. Should one of our products fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, free of charge, for the lifetime of the product, but if there is an alteration or wear and tear such as tears or holes due to abrasion, abuse such as getting run over by a vehicle or caught in wire, heat or fire damage, broken buckles, or discoloration due to chemicals by the customer, then we can still repair but at a cost.

Q. What are your payment terms?
A. At the time of check out, PayPal or credit card is required.
